According to a new report from NYU, the Russian troll farms that we were told used memes on social media to sway the 2016 election to Donald Trump did not, in fact, do anything of the kind. Anyone with a scintilla of awareness already knew this, and saw through this particularly asinine element of the Russiagate conspiracy, but now the rest of the world who were taken in by this preposterous allegation can join the sane and admit that they were duped. They will do that, won’t they?
