    Hey GTW team,

I have not watched you yet this week, and I am in the process of downloading the video.

I think something went wrong this week. The download file is 9.2GB. It is 3 times the size of the weekly, same length podcast.. Normally it is around 3.2GB. OK.. Come out clean, who selected the 4K format that no ones is really using. :-).

I am sure you will fix this, and in the meanwhile, keep up the good work.

For both the uploaders, and downloaders, you can use the free open source
software handbrake to transcode your videos to nicer files for web and storage.

GTW: transcode handbrake before distribution. users with large files also.

  2. JaymeBug

Whoa!!! The file size on these episodes just keeps climbing! Is there any chance of offering a version which stays under 4gb? I realize you guys are stepping up your game, and I respect the work, but I have to download each episode in order to watch uninterrupted, and it took 4+ hours and all my storage just got the 4gb files…this one is over 9gb somehow, and it’s crashing my phone to try and download. Corbett offers a large and smaller version for his viewers…is something like that possible for your team? Thanks so much for bringing such vital information together! I’ve been archiving your episodes for posterity and telling everyone in my sphere about your content.

34:40:30 ish – This was a thoughtless little gatekeep that needs addressing.

Richard: And for those who might say “but the virus isn’t isolated and doesn’t exist: let me know when you lose your smell and your taste and you tell me what you call that and I’ll :

Interrupted by Tony: There’s over 2.5 million submissions around the world

Richard: But that seems to be the common thing when your smell and taste goes, and your test is positive, that is probably the thing , Otherwise

Tony trying to interrupt: What’s Scary

Richard: Otherwise it could be a cold or a flu

Tony: Yessssss that’s right. What’s scary is that people don’t know understand genomic sequencing works, and if they did, they’d realize it’s *highly* specific, and it’s highly advanced, and yes we’ve isolated we’ve isolated everything. A lot more than. It’s not just lung tissue from some dead person they have over 2 and a half million submission worldwide who have infected and lived. Also people who have died, and it’s always the same sequence, around 25 thousand 5 hundred and 3 or whatever it is nucleotides so give me a fucking break. Learn Basic genomic sequencing before we sit there and play the game that viruses don’t exist or some nonsense like that. so……

Richard: sorry for finishing each others sentences: the comments are open: doesn’t it feel liberating.

Commenter: Yes it does, thank you Richard. Well wholly shit that was a major gaslight and gatekeep by Tony! “genomic sequencing …. it’s highly advanced” followed by “give me a fucking break. Learn Basic genomic sequencing”

Which is it Tony? Is it highly advanced? Or is it give me a fucking break basic? What sort of horses mouth double speak is that? But really you just knelt to the alter of ‘advanced’ science and bowed. You will not convince anyone with this methodology.

You seem to need to use a condescending posture and attitude instead of reason and meaning to get across your point here. Instead of using theatre; Why don’t you guys go do a deep dive debunk on those that claim the virus has not been isolated? Surely you can find the documents describing the isolation protocol and procedure.

From what I understand, you need to first know the sequence, to then create primers for the sequence. The primers then cleave a small region of the sequence to be replicated ^n times.

So then please do explain how it was they got the original sequence isolated from the background noise of the tissue it was in. You could have just told us, since you obviously have intimate knowledge of the process, it is basic for you. It’s advanced for me though I have trouble researching this advanced stuff (I know it must be scary for you to think there are people dumb like me that don’t find it basic).

They put human snot swabs in petri with fetal bovine serum, Green african monkey kidneys, Human kidney cell lines, Human lung cancer cell lines, and big brown bat cell lines, and then took the extract of that to be an “isolated” sequence.

Tony Can you please explain to my basic as how this proves or demonstrates isolation of something?

ALL little brain me could find was

“An article discussing the isolation and characterization of this virus specimen is available in Emerging Infectious Diseases.”—–>

“Clinical specimens from a case-patient who had acquired COVID-19 during travel to China and who was identified in Washington, USA, were collected as described (1). Nasopharyngeal (NP) and oropharyngeal (OP) swab specimens were collected on day 3 postsymptom onset, placed in 2–3 mL of viral transport medium, used for molecular diagnosis, and frozen. Confirmed PCR-positive specimens were aliquoted and refrozen until virus isolation was initiated.”

Viral Transport Medium is defined here:

    1. Hanks Balanced Salt Solution (HBSS) 1X with calcium and magnesium ions, no
phenol red, sterile 500mL bottle (or HBSS containing phenol red as a pH indicator)
    2. Sterile, heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum (FBS)
    3. Gentamicin sulfate (50mg/mL) (or similar antibiotic at an appropriate concentration
to prevent bacterial contamination and growth)
    4. Amphotericin B (250µg/mL) (Fungizone) (or similar antifungal at an appropriate
concentration to prevent fungal contamination and growth

    Final ingredients on label:

    2% FBS
    100 µg /mL Gentamicin
    0.5 µg /mL Amphotericin B
Lab ID: (Insert laboratory appropriate identification)
    DOM: (Insert current date)
Expires: (Insert date 1 year after manufacture date)
    Store at 2-8°C

Cell Culture, Limiting Dilution, and Virus Isolation
We used Vero CCL-81 cells for isolation and initial passage. We cultured Vero E6, Vero CCL-81, HUH 7.0, 293T, A549, and EFKB3 cells in Dulbecco minimal essential medium (DMEM) supplemented with heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum (5% or 10%) and antibiotics/antimycotics (GIBCO,

So The method Of viral isolation Are : human snot swabs, Fetal Bovine serum, salts, antifungals, antibacterials, grown on ” vero CCL-81 and vero E6, which are african green monkey kidney cells (don’t worry, it’s just normal ones). HuH7, 293t, are human kidney cells. a549 is human lung (cancer) cell, EFKB3 is Immortalized Eptesicus fuscus (Big Brown Bat) cell line

The Vero cell line was initiated in 1962 from the kidney tissue derived from a normal, adult African green monkey. The cell line can be used in a variety of applications, including the detection of verotoxins, detection of virus in ground beef, efficacy testing, the study of malaria, media testing, vaccine development, protein expression, and mycoplasma testing. The Vero cell line is also a suitable transfection host.

OK so now how did China get the original sequence to share? for the Americans to verify what they were “isolating”?

Next you can the documents describing the process of creating primers necessary to cleave the viral DNA at an area which will show species level, even genus level determination?

Hear me out. If I send her a Email it might go to her spam folder, so I’m asking you to do it. She holds the wrench to throw into Mr. Global’s gears.
Here is my thoughts. If what she’s saying is true and she has the evidence that all the penchens are insolvent, like CALPERS, then all she needs to do is present the evidence to the Unions of the shiny badges, and clipboards, aka, The Brown Shirts, and all this shit will come to a STOP! Think about it, if all the Teacher’s unions, Nurses Unions, Police Unions, Public worker’s Unions new that their penchens were as solvent as Enron’s what do you think would happen?
